Tullahoma Police Investigator Sgt. Jason Ferrell is investigating a report of roofing fraud. Dennis Fulcher reported to Sgt. Phil Henderson Monday that he hired B&M Home Improvement to replace the roof of his house. Fulcher stated that he contracted with the company October 2011 to do the work and paid the company by check a total of $4,690.14 to purchase the materials for the roof repair. So far the company has not completed the work even though company officials have cashed the check. Fulcher told the officer that he has attempted to contact B&M Home Improvement on several occasion but has been unsuccessful. Sgt Ferrell has attempting to locate company officials.
